Mr Ndlovu is currently an Executive chairman of Mjadiya Oil Supplies and Renewable Energy Ltd and INZALO Group of Companies with interest in the water technology, research and innovation, agriculture, Logistics and properties.
He has won young farmer of the year in South Africa in the year 2016 on his accolades as entrepreneur and received award from MTN Foundation organised by Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. Represented South Africa in the G20 and Business Seminar in China in 2016 and other countries. He was selected to be the 1 of just 60 candidates from Africa and South Asia to join Stanford Seed Transformation Programme, an intensive 12-month leadership programme for CEO’s and founders in developing and emerging economies at Stanford University Business School Silicon Valley.
He has received the 1st Prize in 2018 at the National Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries for his success in contributions to the agriculture sector. In 2019 Mr Ndlovu is a chairman, won Global Water Award for Smart Water Project of the Year 2019 for domestic demand management solution helped City of Cape Town reduced its consumption by 40% as its successfully avoided Day Zero.
He had held senior position at Liberty properties Ltd for 8 years, Woolworths Ltd and 3 years in United Kingdom working for Environment Agency and Morrison’s Fresh Produce Market Ltd Retail Ltd which is the 4th biggest retail in the world.
Mr Ndlovu is serving as as a Non-Executive Director at Ithala Development Finance Corporation and also Chairperson of the board of uMgungundlovu Economic Development Agency (UMEDA). He is a Group Performance Audit Committee at City of Johannesburg.
Mr Ndlovu has also served at the board of Joburg Fresh Produce Market for 3 years under City of Johannesburg of which is a biggest Fresh Produce Market in Africa and in the world by volumes with over R9 billion turnovers and served as an Audit and Risk Committee. He has served as a Non-Executive Director of KwaZulu Natal Agricultural Union (KWANALU) for 3 years in KwaZulu Natal. He has served as an Audit and Risk Committee for 6 years at ILembe Enterprise Development Agency, ILembe District Municipality and Agribusiness Development Agency the terms have expired entity under KwaZulu Natal Department of Agriculture.
He is a Chairperson of the Board of Built Environment Support Group for the past 6 years. Built Environment Support Group (BESG) is a leading Non-Governmental Organization in urban development, planning, and infrastructure and housing delivery and founded in 1983.
Mr Ndlovu is a professional qualified accountant with membership with South African Institute of Professional Accountant (SAIPA) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA) from United Kingdom and international Accounting Professional body.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree obtained in the year 2012. His research was based on the gaps on induction Programme at Liberty Group Ltd. He is enrolling on his final year on Doctoral in Business Administration (PHD) degree candidate in University of KwaZulu Natal and his research is the important of Ethical Leadership to promote good governance in Municipalities in South Africa: Case Study eThekwini Municipality, UMsunduzi and uMgungundlovu District Municipality.

PhD Candidate Accepted by Stanford’s Seed Transformation Program
PhD candidate, Mr Sihle Ndlovu.
Chairperson and co-owner of Inzalo Capital Holdings, Mr Sihle Ndlovu who is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at UKZN has been accepted to Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business’s Seed Transformation Program (STP).
The STP is a 12-month intensive leadership programme for CEOs and founders of companies in developing and emerging economies who are able to engage directly with Stanford Graduate School of Business faculty, Seed Business Transformation Advisors, and other like-minded entrepreneurs to gain the skills and mindset to innovate, grow, and scale their businesses and transform their communities.
Ndlovu will be part of a cohort of 60 participants from Africa and South Asia that will take part in online class sessions and workshops.
The ultimate goal of the programme is to create and activate a detailed action plan to grow and scale one’s company. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, from September 2021, the group will work virtually in small, facilitated peer groups called Leadership Labs to share experiences, resources, ideas, and support.
‘I am looking forward to learning how to grow and scale my company and to gaining access to the network benefits such as alumni, coaching, consulting, and peer networking. This will not only help my business but will lead our region to greater prosperity,’ said Ndlovu.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting (CIMA) in the United Kingdom and the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA).
Ndlovu has worked at JSE-listed Sebata Holdings as a director and is now a shareholder, and at Woolworths Ltd and Liberty Ltd as a financial manager. He was an inventory manager at Morrison’s Ltd in the United Kingdom. He is Chairperson of the board of the Built Environment Support Group and BFG Retail Ltd, Non-Executive Director of Ithala Development Finance Corporation, and holds several corporate directorships.
