Philiswa shared insights with how Lean helps organisations to achieve a competitive advantage and improve productivity. He included practical examples of Lean implementations that he has managed in multiple industries and illustrated how these operational excellence tools help reduce costs and meet customer demand which are crucial to survive in a global market.
