Sarah is Training Leadership Consulting’s Business Development Manager and Customer Experience facilitator with over 15 years’ experience. Her role promotes, sells and secures business through a relationship-based sales approach. Sarah’s experience spans clients from small businesses to multinationals, across multiple industry sectors. She is inspired to ‘see the world’ through the eyes of customers, whether individuals or companies, and brings this insight to drive continuous improvement in TLC’s Customer Experience solutions.
OVERVIEW
This practical workshop will help you to look at your business processes from your customer’s perspective, identify problematic areas using the customer experience metrics and enable you to enhance your customer’s experience by placing them at the core of your business.
