OVERVIEW
This course is about the attendee understanding the components of business (not the business cycle) – what they are, what their purpose is and where the attendee brings value to the organisation and thus contributes to its
sustainability.
When people understand the components of business, they become a valuable employee and a thinking employee. This reduces HR issues, reduces Union issues, increases productivity, manages risk, cost, continuity, consistency and
ultimately positively affects the profitability of the organisation.
This course offers foundational training to the general worker workforce that is sadly neglected by most organisations and yet is of high value to the organisation.
