Once upon a time…..150 years ago our story begins when two adventurous boys, left home, each embarking on a phenomenal journey of self-discovery and changed the world….
- One young man (born 150 years ago) and the other born in 1918.
- Gandhi planted seeds of global self-discovery in 1869 germinating into a spiritual evolution that influenced Madiba, fifty years later.
“Let’s Learn Legendary Leadership Lessons” for Life…2day 4 2morrow as the Gandhi Mandela Youth Symposium 2019 in the City of Choice celebrates the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi whilst discovering life lessons left by legends which clearly define the 2019 symposium theme: “Fostering peace, non-violence, and compassion – the legacies of Gandhi and Mandela”.

embrace ideals of the Mahatma and Madiba, each, apostles of peace, truth, ahimsa
and vow to continue down a path of self-actualisation
and partake in the empowerment of those around us
by coming together and strengthening our diversity.
