OVERVIEW
Research shows that most core leadership skills and abilities are strengthened through mindfulness training and practice. This course provides attendees not only with an understanding of how mindfulness benefits the workplace but also with a range of very practical techniques and exercises to use in the workplace that will significantly improve one’s skills, abilities and effectiveness as a leader.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

All individuals in leadership positions, especially those in middle and upper management.

Attendees will receive a certificate of attendance.
