OVERVIEW
This training is aimed at unpacking the importance of consistent measurement and evaluation of employee performance in relation to their Key Performance Areas.
The training will identify the significance of outlining goals, objectives and appropriate outcomes. It will practically illustrate the tools to appraise performance, dos and don’ts for the appraisal session, examples of appraisal policy, consequence management and much more.
