ABOUT THE SPEAKER
With an Honours degree in Human Resources Management, Chantall commenced her Human Resources Consulting career in 2007 as an HR Officer. In just 5 years, she has worked her way up to HR Consultant. Her areas of expertise include Skills Development, Employment Equity, and Performance Management. Chantall is a qualified Skills Development Facilitator and Assessor and strives to achieve a continuous learning climate within organisations in order to build high performance teams. That’s her DAY job… but when the sun sets and the neon lights come on, she turns to the core of her creative universe by performing in a band as a bass player.
