Nationally renowned and respected economist, Dawie Roodt, is the chief economist of the Efficient Group. His career includes 9 years as a Economist at the South African Reserve Bank and the Economics editorship of the financial magazine Finance Week and Finweek. He holds a Masters degree (cum laude) in Economics. Mr. Roodt is an engaging speaker, frequently quoted in the media (print, radio and television) in respect of economic and financial matters and he offers some fascinating perspectives. He also lectures at The Gordon Institute of Business Science at the University of Pretoria.
