Using basic real-life experiences relating to “good” time management and “bad” time management in the workplace, makes this session a must. This session is simple, easy to grasp and participants will leave with practical tools and ideas on how to manage time effectively, personally and at work. This session will also serve as a good refresher – going back to the basics.
This session will include the following aspects of time:
• Time available vs time it takes vs volume to be done
• What do we know about time?
• What do we do about time?
• Overcoming procrastination
• Cost to time thinking
• Using control tools to manage time
• What do we do about projects and time?
• Recognising time wasters
• The words “too busy”
• Time tips
• The way forward
Each participant will be emailed a little guideline booklet – a summary of the session.
