Presenter: Peter Hobden
Peter is the head of the TMJ Labour and Employment Department with 20 years of legal practice experience. He is a seasoned litigator who represents employers in all dealings with Trade Unions, from the earliest stages of establishing representivity and organizational rights, to negotiations around Collective Agreements and wage negotiations. Peter is often involved in managing, negotiating around and interdicting when necessary, strikes and work stoppages and participates in a number of wage negotiations annually.
