Sisonke Music Festival

PMB get ready for the second biggest concert to hit the KZN Capital. Taking place on 31 July, The Sisonke Music Festival will start at 5pm at the Royal Show and brings together musicians and entertainers from in and around KZN and South Africa for an entertainment line-up not seen ever before in the region.
“We’re thrilled to be hosting the Sisonke Music Festival which adds value to the local music scene. This will be a refreshing event that is professional, inspiring and brings together different personalities, whilst creating a new tradition that is Proudly Maritzburg” says Stephanie February, festival organiser.
Added to this, The Sisonke Music Festival will also provide a platform for up and coming artists to share the stage with well-known South African artists.
A Battle of the DJs competition will kick-off the Sisonke Music Festival. Festival organiser Alain Dalais says “The Battle of the DJ’s will be the ultimate platform for our awesome local DJ’s to showcase their skills and drop their beats, for the crowds to hear the music and move their feet! It will be the only scratch you’ll ever want!”
