Focusing on perception vs intention, active listening, and clear language, this workshop offers insights into the very core of what constitutes effective communication.

Most people listen to respond, rather than to understand, which obviously affects the efficacy of the message.
Comprehension is a key component in effective communication, thus the importance of ensuring the message has been delivered in a way that the recipient understands.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Management teams, Team leaders, and anyone who would like to improve their basic communication skills.
