Raj Seeparsad is a retired HR Professional with approximately 40 years’ experience in the said field. Recipient of several international, African & National HR Leadership awards. Member of the Exco & Manco of the PMCB. Immediate Past President of the Institute of People Management (South Africa). President of the African Human Resources Confederation (AHRC) & Manco of the World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA).

Practical application in managing disciplinary and incapacity enquiries from drawing up of the allegations to the conclusion of the enquiries.
Addressing procedural and substantive matters; suspension from work; law of evidence; right to appeal – fault and no fault termination.
