The PMCB in partnership with the Msunduzi Municipality GEVDI Department
invites all PMCB Members
to a report back on the Edendale Town Centre Civic Zone Development
The Msunduzi Municipality in partnership with National Treasury are implementing a multimillion Rand project in the area of Greater Edendale. The development is an urban investment hub which will enable spatial transformation and regeneration of Greater Edendale. The Project is referred to as the “Edendale Town Centre”.
The Municipality is in the process of implementing the Civic Zone of the Edendale Town Centre and is looking to enter into Public Private Partnerships with interested investors and business owners.
