OVERVIEW
The General Administration Regulations, Section 8, of the Occupational Health & Safety Act requires that all incidents are investigated whereby any person is injured or dies due to the operational functions of an organisation. These findings are to be recorded on an Annexure 1 document and kept on file for 3 years as a legal requirement.
What will be covered?

• Investigate an accident and incident, and
• Complete and submit reports.
