ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Donovan Hornsby grew up in Woodlands PMB, and matriculated from Carter in 1996. After graduating in the USA with a BA in Sociology and Theology, he returned to SA to complete his Honours in Organisational Psychology. Donovan lectured at UKZN and Varsity College and has also been consulting in the transformation sphere for the past 11 years, assisting companies in all sectors to comply with the various transformation legislation, and in particular acting as an external SDF for a number of different SETA’s.
