OVERVIEW
This course will explain the CCMA processes and equip delegates to represent stakeholders at the CCMA/Bargaining Council for both Conciliation and Arbitration. The focus is on how to negotiate and settle disputes at conciliation, as well as how to prepare for and present evidence at an arbitration hearing.

This half day information session will explain Alternate Dispute Resolution processes at the CCMA, specifically Conciliations, Arbitrations and the more contemporary Con-Arb process.

The primary focus will be to equip delegates to know what to expect and how to prepare for representing stakeholders when called to such proceedings.

This will include preparing the various forms of evidence including witnesses and “arbitration bundles”.
