ANNUAL PAYROLL TAX

This annual Seminar will cover the impact of the Budget Speech for the employer and Payroll.
The final legislation changes applicable from March 2016 will also be covered.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Heather Gouweloos is a Chartered Accountant at Colenbrander Inc, a firm of Chartered Accountants. Heather matriculated at The Wykeham Collegiate and obtained her B Comm Accounting Degree and Honours at the University of KwaZulu Natal. Heather qualified as a Chartered Accountant in March 2014 after completing her training contract at KPMG. Subsequently joining Colenbrander Inc. Heather’s key responsibilities at Colenbrander Inc include having her own portfolio of clients, undertaking special projects in the accounting and tax fields as well as the training of staff.

WHAT WILL BE COVERED IN THIS SEMINAR;
• It is anticipated that Retirement Reforms are effective from March 2016. The final tax rules for Retirement Reforms as well as changes to taxation rules for Provident Funds will be discussed in detail.
• New requirements for tax certificates.
• Final PAYE law changes such as fringe benefits calculations and tax relief on medical aid expenses.
• Are the changes to the UIF Act actually going to happen?
• The 2016 Budget Speech proposals.
