Brookside Mall Cook-Off

On the 11th July from 10am – 2pm, Brookside Mall will be hosting a Brookside Mall Checker’s Hyper Cook-Off for the local community. This competition allows for 20 entrants, each applicant will need to submit a proposal profiling their proposed entry dish along with a written motivation as to why they should be considered. We will be selecting the top 20 entrants. The event will be hosted by up and coming local celebrity chef Sherwyn Weaich.
