ABOUT THE TRAINER
Shân had a career in freight forwarding for over 44 years working for organizations like ZA Trans (Pty) Ltd / Barloworld Logistics, using this business methodology and way of thinking. Shân has run a successful Training company since 2009 to date. Her relaxed but effective way of sharing and passing information is well known by businesses internationally and locally. Her belief is that business is all about the thinking so, everyone needs to have the understanding.
OVERVIEW
This course is about the attendee understanding the components of business (not the business cycle) – what they are, what their purpose is and where the attendee brings value to the organisation and thus contributes to its sustainability.
When people understand the components of business, they become a valuable employee and a thinking employee. This reduces HR issues, reduces Union issues, increases productivity, manages risk, cost, continuity, consistency and ultimately positively affects the profitability of the organisation.
This course offers foundational training to the general worker workforce that is sadly neglected by most organisations and yet is of high value to the organisations.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
