ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Chantall Venler is Human Resources Consultant at NKR, with an Honours degree in Human Resources Management, Chantall commenced her Human Resources Consulting career in 2007 as an HR Officer. In just 5 years, she worked her way up to HR Consultant. This year she celebrated 9 years of experience in the HR field. Her areas of expertise include Skills Development, Employment Equity, and Performance Management. Chantall is a qualified Skills Development Facilitator and Assessor and strives to achieve a continuous learning climate within organisations in order to build high performance teams.
