High Performance Rugby Coaching During July Holidays

Rugby players and coaches can look forward to working with former Springboks, provincial players, professional coaches and rugby specialists as part of the Investec International Rugby Academy’s courses which will be held at St Charles College in Pietermaritzburg these July holidays.
Among the iconic line-up of coaches spending a week with aspiring players (aged 7 to 17) and school coaches are former Springbok players Braam van Straaten (fly-half), Dick Muir (centre), Ian MacDonald (flank) and Marius Hurter (prop).
The academy offers a Prestige Players’ Course (ages 7 to 10), an Intermediate Players’ Course (ages 11 to 14) and a 5-Day Players’ Course (ages 14 to 17). The 5-Day Coaches’ Course (all levels) runs alongside the 5-Day Players’ course, offering coaches practical and theoretical training.
