You’re invited to participate in a presentation and learning-conversations workshop that addresses your role as a response-able leader, covering:
• What does it mean to practice sustainability “from the inside out” and why is it important?
• What personal capacitates do you need to develop to develop in yourself as a response-able leader?
• How do you develop these capacities?
ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Simone is a Deputy-director at the Wildlands Trust, a leading environmental NPO in South Africa. She is also a personal and leadership coach and recently completed a Masters in Management Coaching at the University of Stellenbosch Business School. She has been a leader in the environmental sector for 10 years and is developing her expertise around leadership for sustainability. Simone believes that response-able leadership is about being bold in challenging not just the way that we do business, but also our ways of being within our leadership roles, and that sustainability starts from ‘the inside out’.
