Learn from Lean expert Grant Davis while you play a fun simulation called The Squares Game: Systems Thinking. Systems include many different parts working together for a common goal. Are the systems in your business working together in an optimal way?
This game simulates an experience of being in a system and teaches themes of co-operation in implementation, resistance to change, and communication. It highlights the need for holistic problem solving that combines both analytical thinking with emotional intelligence. Join us for a fun simulation game and a meaningful challenge.
