Mike has extensive business experience having successfully been involved in establishing and growing a national services business from 3 to 120 stores over a period of 8 years. Integral to Mike’s responsibilities was overseeing the design, development and roll out of the IT system as well as the use of data and analytics to; maintain controls, manage performance and to analyse customer behaviour to optimise decisions.
