Overview
The Occupational Health & Safety Act requires that the Employer investigate all accidents and incidents within their organisation and record its findings. The purpose of investigating provides useful information to prevent a reoccurrence.
Once this training has been completed the delegate will have a full understanding of the important aspects of investigating in terms the Health & Safety Legislation within South Africa.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Management, Supervisors, and those tasked with Accident Investigations within the Organisation.
Attendees will receive a certificate of attendance.
