ABOUT THE TRAINER
Nic is Director at NKR Outsourced HR, Managing Director of Platinum Business Consulting and Principal at Aldes Prestige. He is a Labour Relations, IR, HR, and People Management expert, a seasoned negotiator and training facilitator, as well as an experienced business strategist. He has in excess of 30 years’ experience in South African business and has also served in many leadership roles, including Executive Director of SACMA, Board Member of the KZN CTC and part-time CCMA Commissioner.
OVERVIEW
This course will explain the CCMA processes and equip delegates to represent stakeholders at the CCMA/Bargaining Council for both Conciliation and Arbitration.
The focus is on how to deal with In Limine/Preliminary matters, how to negotiate and settle disputes at conciliation, as well as how to prepare for and present evidence at an arbitration hearing.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Business Owners who handle their own CCMA matters, IR Managers and Officers, HR Managers & Officers, Candidate Attorneys.
