ABOUT THE TRAINER
Mike Heesen who has been involved in the OHS field for over 30 years having worked for the Municipality, Fire Department, Red Cross, and various Training Companies. He has been in the employment of Pro HaS since 2011 as head of training, covering compliance training, and assisting in compliance with various companies.
OVERVIEW
The OHS Act requires that every Employer shall ensure that all tasks undertaken by employees are assessed to establish the level of risk attached to the work been performed.
It is the employer’s responsibility to conduct a risk assessment prior to the commencement of work when operational changes have taken place or the process has been altered.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Health and Safety Specialists, Employers, Managers and Supervisors.
Attendees will receive a certificate of attendance.
