Raj Seeparsad is a retired HR / IR & Training Professional with approximately 41 years’ experience in the said field. Raj is a member of the Exco & Manco of PMCB; IPP of IPM (SA) & current board member; President of the African Human Resource Confederation (AHRC) & Manco Member of the World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA); Recipient of several national, African & International HR Leadership awards. Delivered HR Related papers at local, African and International conferences.
OVERVIEW
The 1-day workshop aims to provide delegates with adequate skills and knowledge on the effective management of absenteeism in the workplace.
How to deal with absenteeism from and Incapacity & misconduct point of view; adapting “Reasonable Accommodation”; questioning sick certificates (that do not appear legitimate, among other things); addressing desertion ‘pros & cons – case laws etc.; inter alia, implanting Return to Work Interviews.
