Smaller businesses find it difficult to afford the expense of a senior consultant and full blown strategic planning process. This seminar and workshop will give you the strategic framework that you and your organisation need for success.

Your strategic plan will be formulated through a facilitated process (workshop style) that focuses on providing you alone (or your leadership team) with direction and key success outcomes, a better understanding of roles and functions, a macro strategic understanding that leads towards micro strategic planning and individual performance management in the organisation.

Most importantly, your Strategic Plan will help you make the right decisions as a leader of your organisation.

TOGETHER WE’LL DEVELOP A UNIQUE STRATEGY FOR YOU AND YOUR ORGANISATION IN THIS 2- DAY WORKSHOP

You’ll be guided through key processes including:
• A values and culture clarification process;
• A strategic planning process (updating if you have a strategy already);
• Possible change implications to meet the requirements of the new strategy;
• Identification of structural and behavioural requirements to conform to organisational success, culture & key milestones; and
• Performance management links with the strategic action plans.
At every stage participants will be expected to use the discussion catalysts (video, notes, facilitator input) as a springboard for developing their personal ideas in this area and then relating them to their organisation’s strategy. Some pre-work will help your focus and provide information in the scanning sections.
