Comprehensive 1-day program on how to investigate misconduct and institute disciplinary action, from verbal warnings to dismissal, in keeping with national legislation and best practice. It will also equip delegates with the skills to chair disciplinary hearings and deliver findings. Special inclusion – COVID19 Lockdown related ‘new’ issues and how to deal with those, like refusal to return to work/wear a mask, failure to complete self-assessment, refusal to self-isolate, etc.
