The PMCB , Durban and Cape Chambers have collaborated to create an exciting new platform for members to enjoy called The HR Business Forum.
The HR Business Forum will offer a platform with experts in the HR space, who will share insight and expertise on various HR matters.
The HR Business Forum will host a few presentations during the year and members of all 3 Chambers are invited to attend. The HR Business Forum will not replace or conflict with the PMCB People Management Forums.
The first HR Business Forum is taking place virtually on the 3rd February from 9.00 am to 11.00 am, it will be hosted as a webinar. You’re encouraged to attend.

The world of business is moving rapidly and solutions that worked yesterday are not always proving to be effective today. This change has resulted in many disruptions to the way we work, which requires innovative and dynamic responses. This webinar focuses on remuneration, looking at the most recent trends, and the value of a remuneration strategy in enabling talent retention and other business results.
